New Club in the Northern District – Welcome, Rudyard Lake Sailing Club

We are pleased to announce a new MYA Club in the Northern District. Rudyard Lake Sailing Club.

Rudyard Lake Sailing Club is set in delightful surroundings alongside Rudyard Lake on the Staffordshire/Cheshire boundary. Founded in 1956 as a sailing club, a new club house with fabulous views over the lake was built in 2000. More recently a coffee shop has opened up in the club house open Tuesday-Sunday providing an attractive warm and welcoming location to take part in model boat sailing.

The club has 8 members and sails DF95 mainly on Wednesday afternoon and other days by arrangement, and is open to new members. More information can be found here.
