We are a well supported club with over 150 members including a youth section, we have a large sailing section along with modelers in the scale section, being next to the sea we have always got wind over our large lake witch is fresh water filled by local streams. Lake depth is about 4 foot and weed free. Members can park up to the waters edge We have been sailing on the lake for over 30 years and are proud of our inclusive diverse membership.

There is no club house at the lake, there is undercover pavilions to shelter under and you have a good vantage point to see the whole lake. Parking is right at water’s edge in a private car park for members. Toilets are just 60 yds away and are council run, tea and coffee shops are at the end of the lake. On Sundays we do have our own tea and coffee free to use. A cleaning station if you wish to sanitise your boat/yourself. We do have rescue boat should you break down in the lake. We meet every month in Rhoose & District Social Club for our general meetings. We also fundraise for local charities and this year 2026 it is Ty Hafan, Children’s Hospice and our Summer Open day is 6th September 2026
If anyone would like to join, their contact details are on our club listings page here.
Welcome aboard!
