Midland District 6M series Bournville RS&MBC results

Last weekend also saw the Midland District 6M skippers at Bournville for round 2 of the district series, and Bill has offered the following words on the event.

“6 competitive skippers, 5 different designs, and the Bournville lake at its trickiest. All the ingredients for a thinking mans event. We sailed 8 heats in the morning using all the lake. It was close call between Shaun sailing his Ravenna and Chris Harris sailing a borrowed Polaris with Shaun coming out on top after count back. Mike Ewart was third with another Ravenna”.  A full set of results will follow.

Two Islands RYC are hosting the next event on 3^rd September and the series final will be at Bournville RS&MBC on 8^th October.
