Agenda for the first Council meeting 2018

The council of the MYA is due to hold its first meeting of 2018 on Saturday 13 January. Following the AGM announcement by the Chairman, that if members wish to add any topic for council to discuss please forward your items to your district councillor who will add to the district agenda for this meeting.

For the Midland district please forward onto the MYA Secretary to Council Chris Cook and for the South West district forward onto the district secretary Richard Aucott. For other districts please make contact with your district councillor or use the form in the link below.

The form has been amended so messages for the Midland District go directly to Chris Cook  and messages for the South West district go directly to Richard Aucott.
