2022 Marblehead Nationals Results

Datchet Water RSC were this years host for the MYA Marblehead Nationals. 28 Skippers entered and were split into two fleets for some exciting racing over the two days.

Saturday started with B rigs all round moving onto C1 by mid day in gusty and choppy conditions. Brad Gibson took an early lead winning the first 3 races. At close of racing on Saturday Brad was leading with Peter Stollery just behind and Austin Guerrier in third place.

Sunday was a complete change in conditions with Swing rigs and light winds from a North Westerly direction making the windward mark roundings chalenging.

Congratulations to Brad Gibson for the win and becoming the 2022 Marblehead National Champion. Second place went to Peter Stollery and third place to Graham Bantock.

Oliver Stollery was 1st Place Junior.
