IOM Pop-Up Open – Birkenhead on Sat 21/3/26

The final event in the Birkenhead IOM WInter Series 2025/6 on Saturday 21/3/26 has been changed into a Pop-Up Open Event.  This event will be held just two weeks before the IOM Nationals at Datchet and so it has been decided to change this from standard Club racing to a Pop-Up Open with an extended racing day, for the benefit of club members and visitors as final practice prior to the Nationals.

The first race will commence at 11:00 and no Race to start after 16:00.  The first boat (we only expect to race as a single heat) must finish before 16:30 or the race will be abandoned.  As we usually complete 12 races in an afternoon, it should be possible to complete 16 races in this extended session, with a lunch break around 13:00.  A nominal entry fee of £5 (payable in cash on the day) will apply.
