2025 MYA Scottish District DF95 Championship, 5th April 2025

The 2025 MYA Scottish District DF95 Championship was held on 5th April 2025 hosted by Ayr Bay Radio Yacht Club at Irvine Boating Pond. Skippers were met with a bright sunny day and fresh ENE breeze.  Twelve skippers made it to the start line allowing RO Nick Slane to sail a single fleet for the event. Most folk sailed on B rig and some opted for C rig as at times the breeze was overpowering the B rig and making life quite difficult for some of the less experienced skippers. Ten races were sailed and the podium was as follows:

2nd   Ian Davidson, Greenock MY&PBC
3rd    David Belding, Ayr Bay RYC
