18.11.2018 MDMCS Manor Park RSC results.

4 MD Marblehead skippers gathered at Manor Park RSC on 18^th November for the MDMCS series.

There was a three-way battle between John S, Mike W and Colin W with Andy S working hard. I sailed closer to the wind while the others went for speed. There was a strange wind direction mostly from the East and NE, with some nice gusts and changes making it a challenge every time.

2 Grunges in Oxford and Cambridge Blue, with swing rig gizmos. John S was disappointed as his winch gave up at race 8. Mike W was back on form after a 2-year gap, with his Starkers and just good sailing.

Andy S was in first place twice except it slipped away from him due to the flukey wind conditions. Overall another good day’s sailing, but where were the other M skippers?
