MDMCS 2018 Manor Park R4 Race Report.

Five skippers turned up at Manor Park for round 4 of the MDMCS Series, two from Leicestershire RYC, two from Manor Park RSC and Vinnie Zammit travelled up from Norwich MYC to join in the fun with his newly acquired Quark 2.

The day started with a SW breeze just right for the A Rig, unfortunately John S and Vinnie had not got their A rigs with them. Graham W took full advantage of his extra sail power by winning the first 5 races. In the break John S went home to get his A Rig. After one more race the wind had got up and the fleet all changed down to B Rigs.

John got his Grunge going and had five race wins. Vinnie had two, Andy and Eric had a second place each. We called it a day after 12 races and all agreed it had been a very enjoyable day and looking forward to the next race at Leicestershire RYC on 16^th September 2018, hopefully with a few more skippers.
