2025/26 Northern District IOM Winter Series

Winter is approaching, although with some of the weather we have recently seen, you would hardly know it. It will soon be time for round one of the Northern District IOM Winter Series for 2025/26.

The series is made up of 5 events and entry is open to any MYA member regardless of district and the event dates and locations as confirmed are shown below.

Round 1, Birkenhead on Saturday November 8 (the Strebor Open) Entry Open via https://birkenheadrspc.co.uk/strebor-iom-open-2025/

Round 2, Askern on Saturday November 22.

Round 3, Fleetwood (Twixmas IOM Open) on Sunday December 28.

Round 4, Ripon (a date in February to be confirmed, but likely to be between middle and end of the month)

Round 5, Weecher (Keighley) on Sunday March 29

Each round is a stand alone racing event with prizes and for the overall series the winner will be decided on the best 3 results scores from the 5 series events.

Unfortunately the original trophy for this series has gone missing, but the intention is to have a new one for this year.

So please enter at least 3 events and get your name on top of it!
