2024 MD6MCS R1 Two Islands RYC race results.

Yesterday saw the first round of the 2024 Midland District 6M Champion Skipper series take place at Two Islands RYC. Whilst there was only a small entry Mike Kemp reports “We completed 16 races in typical Two Islands SW wind, the results make it look pretty boring but they disguise some close racing at times with any mistakes being punished by a low finishing place.

Mark Densham, who manned the finish line for the majority of the races only having to leave us two or three races from ‘wrap up’.  Mike Ewart was nominally the Race Officer but, with a small entry, decided to sail his new Seabird.
