2020 MYA Midland District AGM Notice.

Following a MD Committee meeting in late July we have decided that this year’s MYA Midland District AGM will take place on 1^st November 2020 at 15:00,

This will be conducted electronically through your club secretary due to the continued problems in hosting a physical meeting and staying within the Covid 19 guidelines.

The timings for the notices etc to the clubs are:

Notice of the Midland District AGM should go out to all registered clubs by 31st August 2020 latest.     DONE.

The latest date for any club submissions to be received is 27th September 2020.

The District AGM agenda goes out to all clubs by 2nd October 2020.

Electronic voting forms go out to the club secretaries by 18th October 2020.

Electronic voting forms returned by 29th October 2020 latest.

Online Midland District AGM 1st November 2020 at 15:00.

This notice is to get your club feedback on the following:

Officer Nominations.

All the District Committee positions are up for election, so if you wish to nominate anyone please do this through your club secretary.

The District Committee consists of, Councillor, Chair, Secretary, Racing Secretary, Webmaster, Senior Measurer, 2 Trustees.

Motions.

The current MD Committee will be putting forward a new District Constitution which will bring our document into line with the new MYA Constitution.

Should a club wish to raise a motion for consideration this must be sent in through your club secretary.
