2016 M Ranking and Mermaid Trophy- Report

Congratulations to Darin Ballington for taking out the final M ranking event of 2016 held at Abbey Meads for the Mermaid Trophy

12 races were sailed over the course of the day in light to very light A rig conditions with the result not being settled at the top until the final race with any one of 3 skippers able to take the overall win. Both Colin Goodman and Tony Edwards kept the racing tight with heat wins but in the end it was Ballington’s final heat win that held off their charge
