Have tried to email them and follow up on two orders, both not arrived.

anyone else having any problems with this supplier?

One package turned up this am, have yet to get home and find. Out which order. 
ordered 14 april, arrived 7 days later, first order still not here.

try not to use Amazon but smaller suppliers,

Hi Stephen, I haven’t used that supplier, but I have bought Vapex products - either from Mike Weston or from Amazon. For me, both of these have been very reliable. If you have Amazon Prime the obvious advantage is free rapid delivery (sometimes at a slightly higher price). Mike is very reliable and has the advantage of knowing DFs inside out!

Vapextech have always given me a very good service.

The last lot of orders came via Royal Mail, one lot took 6 days and the other over two weeks from the posting date on the parcel.

I have recently used Vapextech for a small charger for NiMh batteries, the item turned up within 3 days, No complaints from me.

Stephen have all your items now arrived?

One arrived, and the other one still missing, not impressed at all, and no answer to emails… had hoped for better

 

this morning an email from the company, saying one ad been sent, but records( in late March) too far to go back, my credit card app still shows it total of £38

Finally sorted and refunded.

Just recieved my VAPEX order. Super pleased. Paul went out of his way for me putting XT30 connectors on something they don’t normally do and shipped it with next day delivery. 
customer service is excellent and packaging super professional. 
very happy.

That’s good to hear, just a problem with my orders, that are now resolved, and may use them again, but wary of their website. 

I have used them several times and have always been happy with their response and turn around times.
