How popular is coastal sailing for the DF class boats? I suppose as long as you wade in deep enough to get the keel bulb clear of the sand, it’ll just be like a very big lake!

I spent all of my dinghy and cruiser sailing days on the sea... I now radio sail on a strongly brackish lake, and even with a wave of a couple of inches adept boat handling skills are needed to tack without stalling... I cannot imagine sailing a 65 on the sea!
