Hello, I’m new to the chat having just joined the MYA

im a new member at Kinghorn MYC  and have been told there are blueprints published somewhere on here for a yatch stand I can build?

perhaps I’m making a lousy job of looking but can’t seem to see them? Can anyone point me in the right direction please??

The IOM Boat Stand is very popular - designed by David Jansen of Washington State, USA.

The portable stand is cheap and build from plastic plumbing pipe.

I used to make these, but it became non viable once all cost of materials started to soar. Quite willing to let you have dimensions and where to purchase parts. I can  still 3d print the cradles.

I can make you a wooden IOM Boat stand, out of wood and post it to you.

You can paint it, stain or varnish, or use it bear,

Hi Steve do you still have the STL files. I'm trying to print some cradles for a plastic tubed version and having trouble with scaling the US versions

Hi, I have found the wooden cradles as a DWG and converted these to DXF file for laser cutting on line I have attached this file as might help if anyone wants to make the wooden one or possible you could use this as the base for 3D printing them
