December 6, 201411 yr Hi John, difficult to be sure and there are loads out there who know better but it looks like a Renaisance hull to me although the ruder doesnt look right, bring it out and sail it if it is unknown and fast you can call it what you want looks a modern type hull, where are you?
December 6, 201411 yr Author Hi Mike, Thanks for replying, I am in Norwich and will sail it at Broads, I have the other rudder, it has a curved leading edge and seems to be made of some plastic type material as is the fin, hull is probably glass/epoxy and the deck some sort of light weight plastic.regards,John.
December 6, 201411 yr It is probably a renaisance or a roccoco the people at the broads have both there so it will be easy enough to tell, that is assuming you dont have the certificate which is the definitive answer
December 8, 201411 yr Author I have a suggestion it is similar to a Revival and was designed in the North East possibly called a Panther?
July 12, 201510 yr Author R6M is now measured and sailing, recorded on the certificate as unknown because it's measurements did not match the Panther or anything else. Being regularly beaten by the Ravennas at present - were plans ever available for them or could hulls only be purchased from licenced builders?John.
