We would like to give our valued customers advance notice of a temporary disruption to Cat Components during October and November.

Wayne will be away from 11 October to 12 November 2026 while supporting the race team at the DF95 Globals in South Africa, which take place from 16 to 23 October, with some annual leave planned either side of the event.

During this period, orders for stock items will continue to be fulfilled through the support arrangements we are putting in place. However, items requiring bespoke work cannot be completed while I am away, so orders containing these items may take longer than usual.

Items such as sail number stencils for the DF and IOM classes may also be delayed, as they are usually made to order. We do hold some stock, however, and may still be able to fulfil these orders while I am away.

Please continue to place your orders as normal. If your order includes bespoke work, we will either split the fulfilment where possible or, after discussing it with you, hold the complete order until my return.

If you need bespoke items, such as booms with pre-drilled holes, Start Boxes, or 3D-printed Proteus boat hulls, please place your order within the next week so that we have enough time to prepare it before I leave.
