    Many thanks for you reply. I am OK with card templates. Just to clarify reason for original request. I buy patch material from a local sailmaker and noticed that they use a CNC cutter to produce the full size sail numbers. However, although they could supply finished patches , if you have the appropriate dxf files, there is a set up charge . It's only really viable if you order a large quantity.

    Has anyone got a dxf. or dwg. file for the Kantum S patches ? Apparently the factory copies were on a laptop which was stolen. Thanks
