I'm by no means an expert but know many experienced sailors and printers print model yachts in the US in ASA due to its heat resistance, which is a problem for them in some of the warmer states. They are very keen on this for 'extreme' direct sunlight however everyone here seems content with PLA+ so I don't know how much of a difference it makes for us in the UK looking outside!
Depending on what you use it for Bambu Lab's ASA / Aero is designed for things like floating marks and birdhouses however their filaments obviously favor their own enclosure printers and splicer settings. They have a filament guide here: https://bambulab.com/en-gb/filament/collections
