    Thanks wombl66, I was thinking more for a 10mm or 11.1mm round boom. But a good start.

    I am building an IOM and thinking about a clew outhaul based on a threaded assembly which can be inserted in the end of the boom. I'd like to print the assembly parts (not the threaded rod) and wondered if anyone has already been through this design loop? I know I'm not the first to have a go at it but any thoughts would be welcome.
