  6. Hi Stephen, Thanks for your insightful comment. BW Alan
  7. Depends on what it has with it to its value. I sold one and made an older man very happy as he had a britpop again, 2012 or so version and around the lower price range that someone said, it’s not always about ££££!
  8. Hello, Thank you for your estimate of the value of my Britpop, it’s helpful to have another estimate of its value. However I can’t accept or reject any offer since this site is not to advertise or sell yachts. Best wishes, Alan

Probably a wise choice to avoid all the extra transport costs.
  10. Hello, I am searching an IOM tyupe from,Britpop, Vickers, Obstinatio,.... Depending of the boat, its location, aditional items (boxes...) I can offer around 1500€. Just tell me.

  12. Hi John, thanks for your helpful and prompt response. It’s a good starting point, we will see what happens. Alan
  13. Over the past 12 months around 6 have been advertised on here between 1800 and 2400. What they sell for may be different depending on condition etc.
  14. I have a Britpop that I am thinking about selling but I have no idea of what to ask for it. No 167 about 10 yrs old, new mast, sails all new internals. Has had a good race record with previous owner. Alternately, I could just ask for offers and see what happens Your advice would be welcome. Thanks, Alan
  15. Sorry for you, I was convinced to buy your boat, but I will go for a Vicker in france....

PSN means personal sail number, in this case the number 19. Price is as advertised.
  18. Sorry again, what means PSN will be removed?
  19. Thanks, not easy to transport;;;((((( Could you tell me what would be your best price, because I will have to ferry with my car, drive to your place, spend a night in the UK, which will increase the deal!!! thanks again

Hi Pierre The boat hull was built by an experienced club member and I built the rigging. I don't have a box for the hull but the fin and bulb will fit in cardboard tube that I have. There is NO sail box, stand, receiver or battery. Regards Chris
  21. F6R for sale. It was measured June 2022 so is 5 years old. It has been well used with a couple of repairs but also updated with a new full length fin and a reconfiguration of the bow. The bow is now a conventional V shape with a higher stem, as opposed to the standard F6 bulbous shape. I have attached a photo of the new bow but it doesn't really show it to well. The new bow improves the performance overall but especially downwind in waves, where the bulbous bow no longer acts a brake when sailing into the back of a wave, it now accelerates through. There are 5 RED Ant rigs in a rig bag. Swing(with Gizmo), B, C1, C2, and C3. the swing rig sails are from 2025, the others are from 2022 but lightly used. All the sails are competitive. The winch is a Red Ant Stinger with XT 30 battery connector cable and the boat uses an Overlander 850mAh battery which locates in a carbon slot alongside the keel box and under a screw top lid. The F6R if full carbon construction with the exception of the fore deck hatch which is made from conventional epoxy glass fibre to eliminate shielding of the Rx aerials, which attach underneath. The all up sailing weight with the swing rig is 4426 grams and the stand in the Photos is not included as I use it with my 10 Rater. I live in Filey YO14 but am happy to either deliver the boat up to 150 miles away or meet you halfway. I'm asking £1800.00 If you are interested, please call me on 07849 240421

  23. Do you have any box for the boat, keel and sails?
  24. Hi, Is it a professional build boat? Who was the builder thks
  25. My pleasure! The more Footys the better!
  26. The adventure begins! Files purchased! Thanks again for the pointer, Gary!
  27. Ah, the Racing Sparrow looks interesting! 🤔 I think I’ll give that one a go. Thank you!
  28. I'm afraid there isn't much on the market. I have the moulds for a couple of boats and there are a few 3d printed versions around. I'm putting together a Racing Sparrow 3d printed footy at the moment just for comparison purposes and there are a couple on 'Thingiverse' if you have a friend with a printer. The RS one I'm makjng is also availzble as a printed kit of parts but you do have to source some components seperately. Gary
