MYA Good Standing Policy

All MYA members are expected at all times to comply with the racing authorities’ requirements under which they are competing. If an MYA member is found to have breached either these requirements and/or the standards of personal conduct expected of a reasonable person MYA Council may after discussion and after hearing of all the facts make a decision as to the standing of that member and such decision may include temporary loss of MYA privileges, temporary suspension of membership and/or ultimately revocation of MYA membership.
