charlestaylour Posted February 2, 2020 Posted February 2, 2020 (edited) I have a few fairly large creases on my standard DF65 A-rig sails. Any advice on getting them to go away without melting the sail? Thanks! Edited February 2, 2020 by charlestaylour
Mike Ewart Posted February 3, 2020 Posted February 3, 2020 sometimes if you lay the sail on some material like a firm leather surface ( some give but not soft) and run a blunt edge down the crease you can take away the worst of the crease it will still be visible but the effect will be less damaging on the airflow. Conversly the sail is non panelled and it is not beyond the average sailor to make a new one for yourself Mike Ewart
