Thanks John, I thought that probable but was unable to prove conclusively by inspection so sealed it all anyway. Sealing all obvious areas of potential weakness before looking to replace the hull?

Stripping out the keel box today on my leaky 95, the discovery? Absolutely no trace of any sealant. On unscrewing it , the lower half fell out.
