When you first finish building or buy a yacht that is not allready registered you will need to do the following:

Abtain a hull registration number from the relevant class registrar. See names to the right.

He will give you a number to be used for that
yacht only. (e.g. GBR 1234) Usually the last two digits of the registration number go on your sails. (eg. 34 in this case)

If you wish to have a personal sail number instead of using the last two digits of your registration number you need to speak to the Personal Sail Number Registrar.
