How to submit event results

Organisation - help your event run smoothly

Why the Ranking Lists are important
The Ranking lists are used to determine the order of precedence for entry to an event where entry is restricted,  eg International events.  At such events,  each country has a set allocation of places.

New ranking list point regulations for 2007
Regulations for National Ranking List Points - with effect from January 2007 (pdf)
Commentary - one of the major changes is that members of the Race Committee are now granted ranking points for the event at which they helped.  Other changes are mostly a detailed tidy up of the previous regulations,  including modifications to how RO and RC points are calculated and an extra clause in respect of ties.  The new regulations also place the onus on the Race Officer to make an accurate return with it being obligatory to include a competitors MYA number in the return  (so skippers,  please remember to bring your MYA card with you to all Ranking Events).

The ranking list spreadsheets have also been revised to work more closely with the new regulations.

Thanks to Henry Farley for his help in the above revisions.
