“Squiggle”
There is strictly one option
available for people to buy
this yacht in a kit form.
Squiggle will come in the form of the hull being ready for
the rig
and radio equipment to be installed into the boat.
The hull, deck, rudder, finbox and other internal parts
including a
bumper are all fitted to the hull.
“Squiggle” will also have all the
deck fittings installed and will
also come with a fin and a lead ballast
supplied from David Creed.
Colours
A range of colours are available for
the hull and deck, but there may
be occasions where some preferred
colours cannot be purchased
or stocked which will prolong
delivery.
Hull Lay-up
The hulls are made up of 80gms and
163gms of glass/twill cloth,
using colour gel coat and epoxy the
hull finish remains light and durable.
With some of the deck fittings
attached, the internal structures are
built to the underside of the deck,
once the deck is positioned over
the hull, the rudder stock and the fin
box locates into pre cut slots
ensuring the deck and the hull are
correctly attached.
With the remaining deck fittings
installed, each hull is then checked for
alignment and excessive leakage.
We cannot guarantee hulls that are
100% watertight, but we will achieve
a high standard of build quality,
prior to the yacht being sent to you.
