When you first finish building or buy a yacht that is not allready registered you will need to do the following:

• Abtain a hull registration number from the relevant class registrar. See names to the right.

He will give you a number to be used for that
yacht only. (e.g. GBR 1234) Usually the last two digits of the registration number go on your sails. (eg. 34 in this case)

• If you wish to have a personal sail number instead of using the last two digits of your registration number you need to speak to the Personal Sail Number Registrar.
